RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for returned items, but we do offer credit to the value of your returned purchase. Credit for a returned item can only be used on our website, and cannot be used in any of our stores.

You must send your returned item within 10 days of the day your purchase was received.

There must be no visible or detectable signs of wear, damage, or wash or the item will be sent back and the exchange will not be granted

Tags must still be attached.

We do not accept returns for any SALE items.

TAV Pacific takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return, and will not cover the cost of return postage. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by TAV Pacific.

Please include a note with your order number, and the name and contact details used to place the order. 

Once we receive your package, we will email you a discount code for the amount that you spent on your order, for you to spend as you wish to on the website. If you already know what you intend to swap your purchase for; for example if you decide you wanted a bigger size; we do not exchange the items for you but you can spend the value of your discount code on whatever item you wish - whether on a different size in the same item, or on something entirely different, it is up to you!
