Returns

At TAV, we want you to be happy with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we provide exchanges and online credits for eligible returns. Please note that exchanges or online credit issued are valid online only. They cannot be processed or redeemed at our physical stores. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for the credit, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.

Please note that TAV Pacific is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels, and the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a registered or traceable postal service for your return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at customerservice@tavpacific.com with:
    • Your Order Number
    • Your Contact Details
  2. Send your item to:

  3. In your parcel, please include a note with your Order Number and the name/contact details used to place the order.

After We Receive Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you a credit code equal to the value of the returned item or process your exchange, depending on your selection.

You can use this code to purchase any item on our website, whether it’s a different size, color, or an entirely new product. You are free to use your online credit as you wish.
