Behind the Print
One of the most significant additions to our new website is our Behind the Print feature. For the first time, customers can explore the stories, concepts, and cultural inspiration behind each of our locally designed prints.
Visitors can learn about the meaning behind our prints and featured akairo (motifs) that embody the spirit and message of each design. Whether celebrating heritage, beauty, strength, connection, or place, every print carries a story. Our Behind the Print page has been built to share those stories with our visitors.
Meet Our Makers
Behind every TAV piece stands a team of talented people whose craftsmanship brings our stories to life. Our new Meet Our Makers page shines a spotlight on the people behind the process; including our designers, artisan carvers, printers, sewers, and garment constructors. These are the people whose skills, creativity, and dedication contribute to every piece we create.
The TAV Journal
We're also proud to launch the TAV Journal. The Journal will serve as a space for our team to share stories from across the TAV community, including company milestones, creative projects, collaborations, and the achievements of the many friends of TAV who inspire us along the way. It's a place where we'll celebrate not only our products, but also the people, culture and journeys that shape our brand.

From our establishment in 1987 through to today, the page traces the milestones and growth that have shaped our brand over the decades. It is a reflection on where we have come from, the values that continue to guide us, and the future we are building.
