If you have changed your mind about a purchase we do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges for the amount you have spent. 

SALE items are final. Exchanges are not possible as when a product goes on sale there is often only 1 or 2 sizes left.

We will only allow an exchange within ten days from the day your purchase was received. Returns outside of this time frame based on circumstance may be accepted at the discretion of TAV PACIFIC. 

There must be no visible or detectable signs of wear, damage, or wash or the item will be sent back and the exchange will not be granted.

The original shipping charge paid is not not refundable; only the cost of the item. 

Please note that we do not cover the costs of postage to send back an item that you wish to exchange if you have changed your mind. 

TAV Pacific takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by TAV Pacific.

Please include a note with your order number, and the name and contact details used to place the order. 

Once we receive your package, we will email you a discount code for the amount that you spent on your order, for you to spend as you wish to on the website. If you already know what you intend to swap your purchase for; for example if you decide you wanted a bigger size; we do not exchange the items for you but you can spend the value of your discount code on whatever item you wish - whether on a different size in the same item, or on something entirely different, it is up to you!
