DELIVERY PROCESS
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours from when they are ordered, on business days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details which allow you to track your order on its way to you. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct, as we cannot change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

 

LATE DELIVERIES
Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

 

STORE PICKUP
We allow store pickup at our New Zealand branch at 163 Onehunga Mall Rd, Auckland. Select this option when you place your order, and please bring your order number with you.

 

COVID DELAYS
Our items are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand, and we are not currently experiencing any delays. However, please understand that unexpected border restrictions or shipping backlogs may delay the arrival of your order during this time. 

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of TAV PACIFIC. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

TAV is not responsible for the loss of parcels if the customer has created an Authority to Leave at the address which an order is delivered to.
